How we can help

HMA Linda Duffield joins the Embassy team at a Christmas Bazaar in Prague.

A part of our agenda includes support for charity organisations.

The Political Section of the Embassy, or Chancery, promotes bilateral political and defence relations between Britain and the Czech Republic, and works closely with the Czech Government to address international issues of concern. The Press Officer provides general information about Britain and British Government policies to the British, international and local media and to the general public.

The Trade & Investment Section supports British exports to, and investment in, the Czech Republic, providing a wide range of services to both British and Czech businesses.

The Science and Technology Section aims to promote science and technology co-operation between the UK and the Czech Republic and to facilitate technology transfer and innovation.

The Consular Section provides advisory services and help to British Citizens in the Czech Republic. It issues British passports, and registers births and deaths of British subjects in the Czech Republic.
