NATO Days in Ostrava (21/09/2009)
Ambassador Sian MacLeod visited NATO Days in Ostrava - the biggest air, military and security show in Central Europe. NATO Days (18 - 20 September, 2009) consisted of meetings, presentations, workshops and displays of military and security equipment culminating in a main event at Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport. Among the main attractions was Europe's state-of-the-art combat plane Typhoon F2, produced by Eurofighter. It was the plane's first outing in Central Europe.
